I've seen more fields than usual this year planted in wheat -- and this is one of them.I see this on my way home from work every day, and it's beautiful. The picture really doesn't do it justice; I'll have to try it again. The wheat itself is becoming very golden, and when the sun is behind it and the sky is blue, it looks like a postcard for the Midwest.
I find it very calming. It's a nice "welcome home" after work.
