I stopped to get this photo on my way home from a dinner that made me feel rather old.The dinner was a send-off for the latest Lilly Endowment Community Scholars, and their fellow Scholars still in college. As I sat with them and listened to their apprehension about roommates and changing their majors, I realized yet again, "Wow, I successfully completed four years of college. I'm done with all of that."
It's a great feeling and odd at the same time.
